Deer Here

There are these deer that we see in our yard several times a year. By the time we get a camera, though, they are usually gone. Today, they were across the street playing. We got several pictures and even some videos.
This one is not too clear, but kind of close.
Time for a union break, I guess.

We went to Houma to catch a parade.

Little Ice Storm

We had a little freezing rain last night. It makes the foliage neat to look at. All of the limbs and twigs have a coating of ice.

This is a local woody plant called "Red Stick".
